I'm a financial operations professional with a track record in reconciliation, reporting and process improvement across three companies. At BNP Paribas I most recently served as Associate – Fee Shared Services in Bangalore, reconciling broker invoices and trades for BGC/GFI, TP ICAP, Tradition and Bloomberg — before that, as an Analyst – Shared Services Commission in Mumbai, I ran commission reconciliation for Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and BNP Paribas itself. Before BNP, at Tata Consultancy Services, I worked as a Process Associate managing end-to-end mortgage operations for ICICI and was recognised as Best Performer in MIS for redesigning shift roster planning for 210 associates, cutting allocation time by over 80%.

I'm in Germany on a Chancenkarte, so no employer sponsorship is required and I can start immediately. I'm based in Frankfurt am Main and can start at short notice. Financial operations processes — reconciliation, reporting, controls — are largely standardised across markets, so ramp-up time is short. I'm methodical, detail-oriented and comfortable owning a process end to end, and I'm actively building my German language skills alongside my day-to-day work.

I'm looking for a role in securities operations — reconciliation, settlements, custody or middle office — with a bank, custodian, fund administrator or fintech in Frankfurt am Main. My working language is English.

My Chancenkarte's 20-hour cap applies only while I'm job-hunting. Under §18 Abs. 2 AufenthG, a concrete job offer is enough to start converting my permit to full, unrestricted work authorization — a signed contract is not required yet. The same law also allows a risk-free two-week full-time trial (Probebeschäftigung) before any commitment.
